Design Notes

Locust ATPase is partially identical to Human and other animals. When we designed the dsRNA sequence of ATPase, we should pay attention on the sequence identical rate.


Source

ATPase dsRNA sequence is from locust RNA extract. We use RT-PCR to get the cDNA of V-ATPase subunit H and attained ATPase dsRNA sequence by PCR with designed primers.
